Fred Harteis: Great Men of Faith Peale/Sheen/Stanley… by Fred Harteis I find it difficult to select a single spiritual leader who has had the greatest impact on my life. Fulton Sheen, Robert Shuler, Charles Stanley and several priests who were of great impact on my life. Norman Vincent Peale and his writing clarified for me how much God really loves us and that he is with us through our every difficulty and adversity. Peale continually provides hope, peace and strength through his wisdom and Gods word. Peale’s life was an example of service and hope in our almighty God. We are not in this alone unless we choose to be. One of my favorite books and audio tapes by Dr. Peale is “How to make Positive Imaging work for you.” The book shares the lessons Peale put to work in his own life.    more »
